The story began when founder Fabrizio Paoletti discovered that the reclaimed chestnut wood from his family's centuries-old Chianti wine barrels possessed remarkable tonal qualities. More than 15 years later, that sustainably sourced chestnut has become the defining feature of every Paoletti guitar, giving each instrument its own unique history, beauty and rich, resonant sustain.
